All offers expire on close of business the day subject content is removed from website, and all financing is subject to credit approval. Prices exclude tax, title, and license. All transactions are negotiable including price, trade allowance, interest rate (of which the dealer may retain a portion), term, and documentary service fee. Any agreement is subject to execution of contract documents. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listed.

The Jerry Smith dealerships "Oil Changes Included" (hereafter "service") is provided to you at no additional charge when you purchase a new or used vehicle at one of the Jerry Smith Dealerships (hereafter "vehicle"). However, there are specific conditions that you must meet to qualify for this service.

1.The oil change service will only be provided at Jerry Smith dealerships for the vehicle you purchased from one of those dealerships. This service will not be covered at any location other than a Jerry Smith dealership. Should you choose to take your vehicle for an oil change at a location other than a Jerry Smith dealership, this service obligation shall be immediately null and void and of no further effect. 2.The oil change must comply with the manufacturer's recommended schedule for oil changes; and the oil and filter change shall use oil and parts that comply with the manufacturer's requirements and shall be administered at the sole discretion of the service department at the Jerry Smith dealership to which you take the vehicle. Should you fail to meet the manufacturer's recommended schedule for oil changes, this service obligation shall be immediately null and void and of no further effect. 3.You must also meet all other manufacturer's required maintenance in a timely manner; specifically, within the time frame and/or mileage requirements as stated in the manufacturer's owner's manual. If such maintenance is performed at a dealership other than a Jerry Smith dealership, you must maintain and provide upon request written documentation of that maintenance. Should you fail to meet the manufacturer's maintenance and service requirements, or fail to present satisfactory documentation of same upon request, this service obligation shall be immediately null and void and of no further effect. 4.This service does not transfer to any future owner of the vehicle, and shall last only during the period of time that you own and operate the vehicle. 5.This service DOES NOT COVER any items other than the oil change and filter. It does not cover any maintenance, preventative maintenance, or any other service, parts and/or labor, of any kind.
