Amazing dealership! My daughter and I have been dealing with a seriously shady Everett Kia dealership for the past year and a half. After being lied to way too many times I filed a complaint with the BBB, and the Everett Kia dealership told so many lies I couldn't even believe it! I've purchased 2 vehicles through Smith Kia and have always been happy with the experience. Recently though, I have been very impressed with the service department. Past experiences have been just fine, but I've been in and out of service the last couple weeks for troubleshooting a Check Engine light. Daniel Cox in service has been incredibly helpful during the process, working around my schedule, communicating, and helping me out with a loaner one night. 10/10 would recommend!

We come all the way to Smith Kia from Canada for their service. I've had a really tricky time with my vehicle and Mike at Smith Kia and his service team have done a really great job of helping through a bit of a white-knuckle situation as we waited for information from the engineering team regarding a major part warranty claim. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and just want to express my appreciation to Mike and his team in the Service dept.!

It’s always wonderful when you find a great service department. Mike and Daniel at Smith Kia are exceptional. Also the mechanics know what they are doing. I’ve only had a couple of minor issues with my 2017 Sorento and they were able to take care of both. I highly recommend this service department. Even if you live out of town, they are worth the drive.

Service Center was great for us. I got an engine warning light while traveling and couldn't find the source. I called Smith Kia, and they told me they could check the codes but could not guarantee a diagnosis on the spot. I pulled into their service center and 15 minutes later they had it diagnosed, and the part (vacuum hose) replaced at no cost. And we were back on the road. Good service!

I cannot speak to their service dept yet as I have just purchased my car. This will be my first Kia. My salesperson, Ali Moser, was excellent. It was a new model to the dealership and she took it out the day before my visit and made sure she knew how to operate all the features and had studied up in the specs in order to be able to answer my questions. Very impressive. She was not high pressure which is one of the reasons I purchased from her.

Drove all the way down from Vancouver Canada to pick up a part from this dealership. Dealing with Kate (Parts Department) was an absolute pleasure! She ordered the part I needed and answered any questions I had as I didn't want to make the cross-border drive unless I had all my ducks in a row! From the first email sent to me actually going to go pick it the item, Kate was fantastic to deal with! Will be referring Canadians to go here to get parts as I saved $500+ on 1 item!

Very courteous and friendly people who took the car to fix a recall they were promptly available and fixed the issue rather quickly and even gave us free tokens for the carwash since they were so fast that time never allow them to do the courtesy cleaning.
